Your Pathway to Promotion & Leadership in the Air National Guard and Air Reserve
Serving those who serve, in Duluth, Minot, Grand Forks, and beyond.
At the Global Military Learning Network (GMLN), we understand that for service members in the Upper Midwest, education isn't just about a diploma. It’s about promotion points, rank, career flexibility, and maximizing your military benefits.
And we have built a regional network to get you to the finish line faster.
General Education Mobile (GEM)
If you are pursuing your Associate of Applied Science (AAS) through the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), GMLN is your regional hub for the General Education Mobile (GEM) program.
We provide the five specific general education courses required to bridge the gap between your technical training and your CCAF degree.
- Localized Support: Based in Minnesota, we understand the specific mission tempos of the wings in Duluth, Minot, and Grand Forks.
- Online & Mobile-Ready: Complete your math, English, humanities, social science, and oral communication requirements from anywhere—whether you're on a drill weekend or a deployment.
Dedicated Support
Join our supportive military community where you’ll have a dedicated success coach to help you on your journey.
You’ll be learning alongside other online students who share your passion, and will have regular interaction and assistance from college instructors plus access to tutoring, writing assistance, and more.
