Apply Now

Global Military Learning Network (GMLN) connects service members and veterans to accredited colleges and universities who are proud to serve the military community.

Once you’ve found a program you are interested in, the next step is to apply!

Step 1: Create a StarID

Register for a Minnesota State StarID if you do not already have one. If you have attended an institution that is a member of Minnesota State, you already have a StarID and can skip this step. Learn more about your StarID or reset your password at StarID Self Service.

Step 2: Complete the Online Admissions Application

Once you have selected a bridge program, begin the application process for the institution offering the program. The partner institution will be listed on the military bridge page, and on the corresponding degree plan document.

Below are the colleges and universities currently offering military bridge programs through GMLN:

Step 3: Submit Transcripts

GMLN degree plans provide an up-front estimate of your transfer credit for military training and experience, but we understand everyone’s education history is unique. Submit your official transcripts to the institution to begin the formal transfer credit evaluation process.

Note: If you have not previously attended college or have completed fewer than 60 college credits, an official copy of your high school transcript, GED certificate, or adult high school transcript may be required.
