The Healthcare Administrative Specialist 60-credit associate degree prepares graduates for a leadership position in a variety of healthcare environments. Graduates obtain the knowledge and technical skills needed for healthcare office management. The degree includes a strong foundation in professional skills with college-level coursework in technical writing, ethics, intercultural communication, and psychology.

This GMLN Military Bridge Program is offered to members of the United States military who have completed training at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. It is a transfer agreement between METC and Alexandria Technical and Community College (ATCC).

Additional college credit may be granted for other military courses with a Joint Service Transcript (JST) or Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcript, courses from other colleges/universities upon review of an official transcript, and ACE Military Guide recommendations.
