This program prepares students to supervise people in work environments where active participation in decision-making is required of all employees.

This GMLN Military Bridge Program is offered to those with the MOS-68A, MOS-68D, MOS-68K, MOS-68W or MOS-68X occupations who are at E5 or higher, have completed their training at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC), and have completed the Basic Leader Course.

To earn a degree from one of our Minnesota State colleges or universities, a minimum number of credits must be taken through the institution, typically 30 credits for bachelor's degrees, 15 credits for associate degrees, and 1/3 of the total credits for diplomas and certificates. Some programs may vary. Additional college credit may be granted for other military courses with a Joint Service Transcript (JST) or Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcript, courses from other colleges/universities upon review of an official transcript, and ACE Military Guide recommendations.
